Anyway...)Please don't enable/validate my delusions when i get obsessive.On a lighter note don't play sounds of water running around me bcoz it makes me wanna pee 👍 don't ask i accidentally pavloved myself during a science projectAvoid any mentions of Inc*st, COCSA, SA, Eating disorders, Child abuse or things related to it around me, it will trigger an episode. Sounds of crying children/babies, snapping, slapping, smacking, hitting, popping sounds all should be avoided too.I suffer from constant nightmares related to my trauma and am often paranoid due to them, if i sound "out of it" and scared during conversations, that's why.
